11am: Opening Ceremony & Intention Setting
11:30am-12:30pm: Gentle Yoga Session
12:30-1pm: Community Lunch
1-2:15pm: Gifts of Yoga Presentation & Art Activity
2:15-2:30pm: Break
2:30-3:45pm: Rights of the Chakras Journey
(movement, meditation, journaling, sharing)
3:45-4pm: Closing Ritual & Send off
